At the Courthouse
: A voter may pick up their ballot, or vote their ballot at the County Clerk's office up to 30 days prior to Election Day.
A voter may have their ballot mailed to them by submitting a written request signed by the voter.
A ballot may be picked up and/or delivered to a voter by an agent. An agent is limited to assisting two voters per election.
