The exhibit opens on January 16th and runs through March 20th. The Elkhorn Valley Museum and Research Center is located at 515 Queen City Blvd in Norfolk. A memorial to honor Wayne County veterans is being constructed on the grounds of the Wayne County Courthouse. Concrete has been poured, and lights and flag poles have been erected. Construction will continue once additional funds have been raised. The total cost of the project is $185,000. Donations may be sent to the Wayne County Veterans Memorial, P.O.
